PAYMENT AND CANCELATION We accept credit cards or checks. Due to our low first time pricing no refunds will be given without 30day prior notice of the event. We are a church celebrating a Fall Harvest Festival and reserve the right to reject crafts and products that depict imagery not in keeping with the image we wish to project. We do not accept items depicting devils, ghouls, goblins, witches, skeletons, or anything scary. The Pumpkin Patch Committee reserves the right to object to anything on display that it feels falls into this category. If you display anything the Committee finds objectionable you will be asked to remove such items. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave with no refund. You may not sell bottled water or sodas as that competes with IRC fundraising efforts. By signing this application, you agree to these stipulations. You must submit three (3) photos of your items on this form or by putting a link to your website, Facebook Page or Etsy Shop. Applications may be submitted online or by mail, fax, email. If you change your product line, you must submit photos for approval. If your work is not accepted, your payment will be returned. Limited number of vendors per category.
